A Smile And God

I'm waiting, God knows what's the best for us

Where do we go

Nobody knows?

I'm on my way to get there now

I've seen pain and sorrow

And a world in chaos

Where is my place in this world?

All I see is in black and white

I never smile for something wrong

But I do know 

That God will put a smile on my face

When I feel down

He lifts me up

When I'm on my way down

There's a hand cathing me

I hear some laugh and jokes to me

I hear people not being able to accept me

I see their minds block

I see the constant punch of society in my gut

But I do know something

I will have the last smile when God puts it in my face

Where to go?

Do we even know if we are real?

Science, oh dear science you need to learn that

Somethings where put in the world

To see how you can go..

With every step 

Something is happening

With every second

Some one cried

And I hear the cries of the angels from above

Telling me to keep going

Because

God will put a smile upon my face

And I will get the last smile in the darkness

I'll have a light

From my cold hardened face

To something new and elegant

I'll just have to keep going and covering myself

From the rain of problems that comes to me every night

Leave the problems behing and hope for the day

When God will give me back my Smile

I love this poem Lizardo; it is beautiful; such a wonderful writing and I wish you were smiling now; look at this creation of yours, given to you as a gift and this gift in writing has already touched me and other; another talent God has given you along with so, so many others you will discover as time goes on. I was sad when I read, punch in the gut; thinking of someone laughing at you. People can be cruel and it is so very sad for them; and I know it hurts too; I am glad your attitude and faith is with you to keep you strong, although I know life can be very difficult. I loved this poem Lizardo! Amazing read and wants to make one keep going on... No matter the hardships and the problems one faces. All we have to do, is to have faith and keep going... because God, if it exits, will surely put a smile on our faces. Beautiful tribute to faith. And I love how hopeful this piece sounds.
