A Ladder To The Sun

We sometimes need to look at the sun for hope

I just woke from my nap

Thinking about this world

And the sun shinning above my mind

Makes me get up again from this bed

When I wake every day

I pray for god to hear my voice

'Cause I know he can help me

Bringing joy to my heart

Then I see the world around me

Floating in the deepest ocean of thought

I'm drowning from this fear

A fear that doesn't let me keep going

I see the sun

I see hope

Bursting rays of hope

Bringing joy to my heart

And telling me that he always shines

When I go to be at night

I pray for god to hear my voice

He's my ladder to the sun

My ladder to  hope

And maybe I will finally

Be long gone from this mess

I felt lonely but know I don't

Happiness burst from my two eyes

A burning heart telling me

To keep my eyes open

and let the happiness flow through my body...

You can have faith, anyone can have faith, Believing in God or whatever you conceived him to be either way all of the religions in the world follow one supernatural energy or guy who made the universe and everything (except for the ones who follow a lot) Maybe it's happiness I don't know, but I do know that we always should feel happy and do stuff that makes us happy
