Clocks

Clocks

A Poem by Lizardo

Clocks,
Clocks are everywhere
What do they do?
They measure time
Oh my god, I didnt no that! (sarcasm)

Nothing scapes from the clocks
They measure time
To keep you on track
But do they really measure time?
Because we don't know
If time is even real?
Is it a creatioin of the mind to keep things going on track?
Then how can we rely on the clocks to tell the ''Time''?

From the ancients to now
Time and clocks have been everywhere
They are best friends
The clock keeps you doing stuff

But when the clock fails
What happens?
Time flys from our hands
And we become lazy enough
To do nothing
Without clocks we are nothing
It seems as time flys fast
Everything is there
Time hasn't gone yet
And the clocks are still working
Clocks are very important
They measure time
But do we really know if Time is even real?
and if its not
Do clocks even do their job right?

Time is a great mystery; old people pray for more of it--even though it's exactly what's killing them.
Intriguing piece, Lizardo.
