You look in that mirror and all you see is your fat and ugly body . You cake your face with make up every morning to try to hide your imperfections . You look through magazines and the models make you never want to eat again . You cry yourself to sleep every night think you will never be as pretty as the other girls at school . You skip meals to get a little thinner . When you do eat you feel disgusting inside . But you are beautiful in every single way . You're unique , no one could ever be you . You don't need that make up to make you pretty or to starve yourself to look skinny . No one is perfect even those model have a few imperfections . Just remember you are so beautiful instead of looking in the mirror and pointing out your imperfections look at what you like about yourself . There is only one you .
I must admit, I'm just as guilty of this as anyone else. One of the reasons I don't date is the thought of "Who would want me?" I think you're right--I gotta quit looking in the mirror so much. It's bad for your health to compare yourself to supermodels when, in fact, their very images are false. They spend hours in make-up trailers before they go on set--in real life, they're just as flawed as anyone else. I've often thought that if you were to see a famous actor walking down the street in a crowd, you probably wouldn't recognize him . . . or her.
Anyway, sorry for rambling. But back to this poem--it's very, very good. Thank you for it. :)

Don't worry I do the same thing in the mirror but I realize that I should be happy for who I am (:
