Save me from myself.

Save me from myself.

A Poem by Living Proof.

Sitting here,

Alone.

Staring blankly out the window,

Doubting myself.

Not knowing what to do,

Where to go,

Who to call.

My heart is on the shelf.

There's only one thing you can do,

To help,

Save me from myself.

Author's Note

Living Proof.
That was totally on the spot, written in one minute.
It just kind of came to me.

I love poems that just, "come to you." Don't you? Cause then it means you were feeling something, and you weren't forced to sit down and write something from thoughts; instead, you sat down and wrote something from your heart, and those my friend, are the best kinds of poems.
Good write, thanks for sharing!
