Like most artists, I look forward to the day I die

And someone discovers what I have done

All the works that I have created arise

And suddenly I'm worth something, to someone

I don't know my friend. Few dead artist are remembered. I have 30 stories and books. 2500 poems written. I believe we must create before our days are done. Thank you for someone finding dear Emily Dickinson work. I enjoyed the poetry. It question the meaning of writing. Books like " The picture of Dorian Gray." That had stay part of the literature world. Are few. Thank you for sharing the excellent poetry and your thoughts.

It's more part of my continuing commentary on how our world loves art, and can't live without it, but often disregards the artist and doesn't recognize the full value of the person until they are gone, their art is suddenly very finite, and now a dollar value can be placed on it.

Our national defense budget is Almost $900B, and the monies that always get pointed at to be cut are the pennies set aside to foster the artists we've already shown we can't live without.
