Just A Dream

I hold you so close in my arms, I've never felt quite like this before

When i think of you, i can't even speak.

I peak at you, and you know it's true

I've fallen for you helplessly, I can't help but crawl back to you..

You're everything I've ever wanted! I declare

But she can't even bare to look me back in my eyes when i confess my affliction.

Time flies, people change, but one thing is certain; The curtains about to drop on us, our show is over

It's a wrap you say, as you rehearse the lines you've said time and time again

Let's pretend in perfect world you actually cared, maybe i wouldn't be such a wreck, reminiscing all the moments we shared.

But that would be just a dream, and this is reality

I got my reality check in full, when I saw that you were playing me like a fool.

I loved you with all of my heart and soul, and you couldn't even stick around to lift me off the ground.

I drown in my sorrow, i try to hate you so;

but the truth is,that would also be a dream

I still love you so.

I try to flee from my feelings from you, but like a nightmare in hell

i cannot tell when my life sentence will be over

So until then, i'll just get used to this dream and embrace every moment

Even if you aren't my reality, your presence was a show i'll surely never forget

Your smile got me high, while your eyes showed me lies

your words were never true, so i'll escape from this dream with a new clue or two.
