Haikus

A Poem by abby

A single rose blooms

elegant, sweet, but short-lived

as it’s picked for her.

Skyline glows at night

skyscraper touches the clouds

lifeless bodies jump

I watch the globe spin

on Earth we all blur into

one humanity.
