Always Forgotten

Always Forgotten

A Poem by olivia
"

written about my girlfriend's best friend/ "ex" love interest.

"

You loved her once

Probably more than you’ll ever love me

Now here she is

Wanting you

And you wanting her

Do you still love her?

Did she decide she loves you too?

She wants you around

Taking your attention away from me

She’s all you talk about

I can see that she’s better than me

I know you like and love her more

If you’re going to leave me

Let me know

I don’t know if I can handle it

But its better to know ahead of time

It wouldn’t be the first time

Someone decides that I’m not as good as another

And then they pick them over me

And I’m left alone

Depressed

Suicidal

Lonely

All I want to know is

Do you still love her?

Does she love you now?

Did she finally realize what she had because it was taken from her?

If she tries something will you say no?

Will you think of me?

Or will you forget?

Forget that I treat you the way you deserve

That I can give you everything you need and more

That I’m the better choice

If I’m being honest with myself

You’ll probably forget
