I’m just so tired

“I’m just tired”

Such a simple phrase

But means so much more

I’m sad

I want to die

I didn’t sleep last night

I hurt myself again

I hurt someone else again

I’m starving myself again

I’m overeating again

I’m smoking again

I’m addicted again

My boyfriend broke up with me

She doesn’t want to be friends with me

I don’t want to do this anymore

Why do I still try?

Do you even actually care? 

But I’ll never say that

I’ll never say what I truly feel

So, all you’ll get is

“I’m just tired”
