Hero Or Villain

Hero Or Villain

A Poem by littlewonders

Let heroes and villains be thrown out from the plot
since they are clichés that have been said and done
Because Superman is just a man whose made up fiction
And because Voldemort's a villain we will never understand
Some of us got it all figured out
The kid whose been treated like a bad guy all their lives must be the same
Red scars, blue bruises
are not the red roses or blue ribbons
that mark the victor at the end
would it be okay to fly
when others can’t run away
would  having the power to disappear
solve the problems we face
Hero and villain alike
there are things we hide
the things that actual reveal what’s inside

Startling contrast between both sides of good and evil alongside a colorful flow of words. I really enjoyed reading this poem!
If you marked the two rhetorical questions with capitalization and a question mark, they will stand out a lot more and induce the narrative voice to ask the reader directly. But that's just me saying :)
Good work and keep it up!

I think sometimes we need the heroes and the villains. Life will be no living if we didn't have fear and obstacles to confront. And sometimes, it is that 'hero' that inspires us to want to be better. Just my thoughts:)

I am no cliche. I am a radiant champion of two gods. You'd understand if you could get your mind out of the bogs.

Humans are just that, worth protecting. If you knew what a powerful spirit could do you'd fall to your knees.

I suppose you are a secular gray thinker. I know your type. It's predictable as all things.
