Stone cold face

Stone cold face

A Poem by Jenn

Creeping up slowly I can feel it.

Intense anxiety blood pressure raises

Cold thoughtless words stab me still

Words send me to hell

Please do not yell

Secrets keep I can tell

The stone cold look on your face show your mistakes .

Your eyes can not lie

Misery and darkness they reveal

Being lock up for over a year

No such thing has fear

All I see is untold tears

There is nothing to fear

I will always be here

I see a lot of scarce emotions here; raw. very good collection of thoughts.

one thing to suggest is try to maintain the lineage of the feeling. use it to keep the ball rolling. in other words, try to use that last line to build up the next line--- make the poem (ending) one big explosion of emotion. surprise your reader as well as yourself.

very good work, Jenn
