Bitter Ending

Heartbreak sucks, especially if it's your first one.

Who could've known?
That something perfectly sweet,
So innocent and pure,
Could possibly have such a horrific bitter end?
Our love that had tenderly blossomed and grown,
You crushed so ruthlessly beneath your feet,
And left it torn and ragged upon the dirty floor,
But worst above all, in the end, I lost my very best friend.
