Flaws

When you bully someone, this is how you make them feel.

I've never been all that smart,

In fact I have quite a bit of flaws,

But what really pains my heart,

Is when people have to point them out to me with there great big paws.

Ain't nobody perfect,

And though I really do try,

All I seem able to hear is that I'm imperfect,

Giving me yet another reason to cry.

I can't see what they have to gain,

I don't know why I even came,

I should have known they would just cause me more pain,

By making me feel shame.

They mock me,

And call me a freak,

They laugh at me,

As tears stream down my cheeks.

I don't know where to go,

As I try to dodge each and every hit,

I no longer know,

Life is starting to get to me, should I quit?

The whole idea of bullying upsets me so much i can't describe it with words. I hope you can find some peace in writing. Keep going. You're braver than you know.
