Traitors

Traitors

A Poem by Angel_Rose1979

Old trust,
Begins to crack,
Begins to break,
Leading on an attack.

A knife to the back,
Hurts longer then a knife to the chest,
Friendships begin to crack,
Each thinks that they are the best.

Its man against man,
The fight is on,
Each will do the best he can,
To ensure the other is all but gone.

Old trust,
Begins to crack,
Begins to rust,
Leading on an attack.

An eye for an eye,
Makes the world blind,
Someone will die,
As they fight against the one they once found kind,
All they do is try.

A knife to the throat,
Makes for less pain then a knife to the back,
In the end, someone's body will float,
As the other's sanity begins to crack.

This won't end well,
Old friends who want to kill each other,
Who'd of thought,
Who could tell,
That these two would end up hating each other?
Who'd of thought?

Close friends who were always very dear,
Can no linger be trusted,
The once playful grin turns to a hateful sneer,
As there friendship is now rusted.

Old trust,
Begins to crack,
Begins to rust,
Leading on an attack.
