Just something I wrote, I'm not a writer but why not give it a try.

How are you so empty?
So broken so cold
that you can do something like this
To me, to us. 
all I wanted was someone to hold
To be there for me no matter the toll
How are you ok?
With the things that you've done
The pain you have caused me
Cannot be controlled
It growths within me
I feel it, it moves
It's tearing me up
it's vicious, it's angry
I just can't seem to hold 
what can I do?
To put it away
My memories of you
Forever will stay.

This one's full of emotions. However, I'm still contemplating though if not using appropriate punctuation marks at some points was to your advantage or not. But still, this is a good poem that you wrote to express what you truly feel. Great job. ;)
