Away

Away

A Poem by indu
"

i hope you can guess it :):D

"
Away.
Far From the thrush of cold air, and
the persistent call of nature,
hide-- trying to hide,
a creature; pallid, minuscule
inside a shell,
a lethargic snail
wrapped in a lucid light.
Eye lids ;
half-closed, half-opened
watching the senseless.
When the hostility surges
to freeze the moment,
the wrath gets tighter not to reveal
where the tasteless fluids merge with the life,
the ward conscious in sleep.
A kick- discreet, unheard
conceives the life intact.
The ovular and the bloody,
the colour of hatred feeding peace.

Very nice poem! Again, great imagery. It's a fresh approach at an ageless subject. :) Life is a beautiful thang. :)

I couldn’t make out the feeling….
Beneath your lines….
Would you please clarify?
But I liked your choice of words…..
And …..its good…..
