vomit

it can be hard to understand

  from only the inside 

  you cannot really taste the outside 

but here we are... in the sunshine again

alone together again, for now once again

  sharing the misunderstanding

  from our inside out 

it can be difficult to taste

but it will feel better

to get rid of this flavor

    to purge

     to empty

       to let go

   to actually grow

from something disgusting

  you will feel better

(or you will choke on it)
