Nuance

nuanced thinking leads to better choices and understanding

very strong desire or aversion

can arouse the deep confusion

it can decay all the nuance

it can betray your only purpose   

  then lead to very real delusion

 

but better choices over time

can lead us to a realization

that nuance decays confusion

and in the presence of strong emotion 

in between hot desire and cold aversion

it is nuance that tames delusion

frees the mind from its prison 

makes it easier the next hard decision

and to find again the right direction

to help find a better place in our shared illusion

it is nuance that makes our life an education
