it is not that I do not care

 it is Just that it does not matter anymore

 

 it is not that I have forgotten 

it is simply pointless to remember now

 

there is nothing healthy there

there is only pain for sale

  

that is all I need remember

A good philosophy in this one. Too many visit the pains of the past too frequently. It's like attending an ongoing wake. Likewise, obsession with the future links one to unreality. The only time that is real is the present moment, where, ironically, there is no time at all.

We define the moment with our past. We hope for the future based on our past. It's better to take the good parts to heart and leave the misery behind. I could be wrong, but I don't think so.
