That seems to be the crux of a considered existence, it seems we are all in our own ways perplexed by its source and the wonderment of how or if we will continue considering once mortality is arrived at. So we reproduce and attempt to touch the future with our issue, who one day will outlive us and hopefully be our extension. Thanks for sharing.

I've definitely questioned my mortality more than once since the death of my best mates wife, Deb. That rocked me to the core.
Having turned 60 on 30/04 I know I've now got to start making time for me and the good lady so that I don't end up gasping for breath and thinking " f**k, I wish I'd done that"

Am off to Bordeaux Monday to take part in a charity cycle ride with 40 others, this to raise money for two charities. ..800km over 5 days, part of this taking in the foothills of the Pyrenees, should ruin my arse and test my newly turned 60 year old heart...you would love it, we stop at breweries, wineries, and are taking lunch in the small village of a French fella that cycles with us, he will ride in like a returning hero :))
