That was a non-standard description of a complete and total anger driven psychopath. If you identified with that poem I urge you to talk to someone. Everyone is a little bit crazy, don't feel ashamed, but NEVER let it consume you. The Rage can be incredibly productive when you let someone help you focus it. We didn't become the dominant animal on this planet by flying solo.

You get a standing ovation from me my friend. A very harrowing honest piece of poetry whose message resonates in today's society unfortunately. It is in news stories everyday and the lives lost to it. This emotion will be the destruction of us if we do not learn to be better people towards one another.

I think you are a liar.

I wouldn't say it if I didn't feel it. I would just ignore it.
Hmmm, totally relatable. And you know I am not just saying that - totally relatable. I am reading a book called dark Emu, it's about the Australian Aboriginal agriculture before white man cam and ruined the thousands of year old well kept Australian soil, but I digress. This book talks about my fourth great grandfather - he was an early Aussie Explorer and Surveyor, he traveled all over. the East Coast of Aus and further afield into the dessert. This is how he was described .... 'Imagine you are riding beside the explorer and Surveyor Najor Thames Mitchell (1792 - 1855) He is an educated and sensitive man and great company, if a little eccentric. He's a great bushman, and a poet, and a painter, but he is also a HOT HEAD. Under some circumstances, he is obstinate and difficult and credited with fighting the last duel in Australia (he only shot through his opponents hat!
The point here is HOT HEAD - I laughed out loud when I read this. It's true. I am exactly the same. It's in my blood. It's in my dad's blood. We take no crap. One moment there is control. Next moment there are fireworks exploding from my head (and not the pretty kind).
So yes, reding your words here, totally relatable, sometimes I wish I could change this, and I am certain I can, but. that would mean sitting on a rock and simply allowing the world to pass me by.
Should I get help? Hmmm maybe ... but knowing myself is easy, it is the practise of being a better person which is hard.

Some of us know better all the time, others only sometimes, a few never even a little. Violence is quite useful in a cage. A hot head is also useful but in a different way. Garfield, that f*****g cat, it's why he's so famous.
Sometimes our emotions overcome us, to the extent that we cannot function as human beings. One such emotion, as you speak, is rage, rage within oneself, possesses you to the point of dysfunction. And, add to that, the people around you; those who cannot tolerate one's rage; it affects you, your family, and friends. In a sense in isolates you from the outside world.
Good food for thought...
Best, Betty
