I really enjoyed this, the last two lines ended what you had to say pretty much perfectly. And I liked the poem as a whole as well. I’ve been writing something lately but it’s mainly s**t. I’m wondering if it’s even worth sharing. This poem shows that you still have the aptitude for growth, as it is better than most others of yours. I like most of those as well, but this takes the cake

And as far as you writing something that you think is s**t... well... post it anyway. It's hard to judge yourself when you keep it to yourself. Sharing things, even if they don't get feedback, forces yourself to look at them in a different way. Even the s**t. You'll find that you can critique yourself in a more objective way if you first put it out there.

Better than scraping something that has some degree of potential.

But like I said earlier, openly posting is still mostly for yourself. If you keep things to yourself you will never truly critique yourself. Don't be afraid to expose yourself. It makes you stronger. It breeds within you a strength that no one can take away.
