well, it's a good question, but who actually knows the answer, well actually you know me, I believe there is more, I believe we keep learning the lessons of life to finally be released from a physical existence. So yeah, bloody hell yes, the lessons, the experiences, the people you meet along the way, the teachers, the students, the falling flat on your arse in the mud in front of a hundred people, the loves gained, the loves lost - yeah absolutely all worth it.

I adapted this from John Adams' "Discourses on Davila", in particular page 40. It's not a particular easy read but I think every human being should read that book (I think every one of his books). John Adams is a highly underrated political philosopher. Way back when politicians where also scholars he was among the greatest. America does not exist without that man.
