Stargasm's

Stargasm's

A Poem by Davidgeo
"

.

"
midnight under the mulberry tree's
deeply consumed without worded language
by a cavalcade of unhealthy thing's
slightly unhinged by all the number's
though controlled by the sacred thought's
what makes us human
what gives me thought
under this sky tonight
unblued in the darkness
underneath a night without the scattered light
i see the stars and they speak with me
deeply from my tiny surface
i see the universe
so grand so infinite
she gives to me the greatest things
like the dry sea of a mystery
like the long distance of a bending time
across lighted pinpricks upon a blackened blanket
across the greatest distance's spread far by chaos
from our tiny island of sacred order
among infinite world's and the grand explosion's
around the infinite hole's and violent planet's
within infinite way's to consume the mind
to destroy the body
to give birth to nature
from death to life
and back again
i know it hurts
i know it kills
i know it births
and i am not welcome
but it feels so good
i know it's true
that all is stardust
even me and you
beauty from disaster
order from the chaos
i see the future
i'm in love with the present
underneath the mulberry tree's
i see the things that have no word's
and they speak with me
and they say to me
you should not worry
my dear my love
you need no savior
you are home already

A pleasing consideration of the question of the cosmos and our place in it, Dave. And I have no relations to Sam Geraci the wrestler (I did not find a way to reply directly to your question - I’m new to the site.)

I think this may be my favourite piece written by you. Contemplating the universe under the mullberry trees in a starlit sky. Yes live for the present. We will be stardust for a long time.

Worry and uncertainty are foolish things... just live your your life, we already have the gift.
