Let's Pretend

let's pretend

that when seriously

only fantasy is taken

it's then reality

that then slowly 

turns from travesty

into fine humanity 

let's pretend

we can deceive the truth

if we lie but just enough

let's pretend

if we say it loud enough

one plus one is three

and everything else here...

becomes fine just fine

let's pretend

for the sake of vanity

there's nothing wrong with that

let's pretend

something good does come from that

let's pretend 

this, it's not insanity
