This reads as though written by my boss, who, although minted, is the most driven person I have ever come across, often working 16-18 hour days. By doing this though his company is head and shoulders above all rivals and as an employee you sorta feel guilty if you deem yourself to have fallen below his expectations. Luckily I have totally escaped the tongue lashings others get, but I am older than him :))
