Being nicer can be inherently limiting. Sometimes to truly teach something you have to be hard. Being Australian in general makes you hard; but that's not the only thing that's makes you... you know how to be "actually" a bad as mother f****r.

I don't need to be a bad a*s MF ... I just need to be me ... it works and, believe it or not, I am an f*****g good leader too. Leadership takes a certain kind of person. You cannot be fearful, you have to make decisions on behalf of the team - and the team has to believe in you. I have that in my workplace. I am lucky to have built what I have built - pity the owners are so unintelligent they just can't see it. sometimes they can - but they see more in the $$$
