you going all buddhist monk on me - for a science brain and mathematician that you are - I am duly impressed - we could ask the Tibetan monks to translate your words above into a chant to really let them absolve into the consciousness

Probably something I should do more of, but I overthink tomorrow's at times and it kills the moment. Good advice here.

It's one of those impossible things to deny. The right now, it is always irrefutable.
Living for the moment and not worrying about today or tomorrow is something I find myself doing more and more as I get older. A very profound write!
