when you feel
that's the only way to know
you can feel

that you're alive enough

to feel it love you
to feel it hurt

to feel it betray you
and then come back 

to you

and show you

the hurt
the love
f*****g acceptance
how to give

every single thing

how to know,
you're not the only one 

f*****g living

that's when you feel it

the universe inside you

that it never mattered, either way...

that you would never know to love it

if at first you did not hate it

that you would never know what soft is

if you never touched the hard things

that it's all the same...

that you're the only difference

in a universe of madness

You're welcome and thank you. I didn't really edit any of this so it reads a little sloppy but it comes from one of my favorite places. 'that you would never know what soft is/ if you never touched the hard things'... that is the heart of this poem. And good advice if you're looking to experience reality in a genuine way.
