Is this a zen koang? (sorry, not sure of spelling) like "the sound of one hand clapping" or "if a tree falls in the forest with no one to see it; did it really fall?"

The defining characteristic of a Koan is that it provokes extreme doubt in the reality of an otherwise well defined concept. It's nice to see someone know what that specifically is on this page.
