to waste something so precious

upon inevitable ends

betrays improbable beginnings

and all the in betweens

   for a silly story

to trade reason

   for a f****n' fantasy

to waste something

    so very precious

    as pure consciousness

a poorly dressed fantasy

staining reality. . .

. . . how dare you

find meaning in a story
