thank you for this! one good day can give you hope that there will be more good days. i think a lot of people need to be reminded that there's always good days ahead. they're just mixed in with the bad ones and the okay ones.

Momentum can go both ways, but I think it can be a choice on which direction. It's generally harder to keep grinding away towards something good though; descending into chaos is usually pretty easy, all you have to do most of the time is just let things happen instead of making things happen.
