call it target panic (the difference between the brain and the mind)A Poem by Davidgeo.feel your blood pressure rising feel your whole body sweating feel that adrenaline pumping feel one million different things. . . all at the same time (it's f*****g maddening) when your eyes can see but your brain disagrees, when your body does feel but your brain has for you, other plans you will act irrationally with thoughts unpredictable into actions unreasonable. . . call it 'panic instinctual' when your brain disagrees with what your body does feel the rational becomes peripheral your thoughts become sloppy your actions become irrational as the brain floods with adrenaline and then. . . more 'panic instinctual' like a self reinforced ritual into a circle of more panic inevitable dancing in a loop to the sound of the same song on repeat. . . on repeat from your very own choir of anxiety (without lyrics) internally, it roils . . .it overwhelms you. . . and every other part of you becomes broken, unreasoned reactionary, viciously unsound when your brain adapts to this and gets very, very good at this absurd things replace the better parts you had in place and after every happening after every increase in intensity in calamity. . . it gets easier and easier to replace the better with the nutter until the very end when it stops forever
