Cause and Effect Regret

most death bed regrets
and social miseries 
are almost always self inflicted 

in that whole reaping

and that whole sowing

type of "thing"

if one plays stupid games

one wins stupid prizes

from that whole cause

and effect

type of "game"

if you live a regretful life
you will have regretful memories
inevitably 

though it is rarely obvious

until it is far, far too late
