for those inventing the future with the tools of the present they always say s**t like. . . either the moment defines you or you define the moment that your hard work is meaningless if growth is not frequent that your previous movement is what will define your next moment and that there's never enough time in one life to do everything so make everyday count so that tomorrow may matter
you may find my next comment very weird and strange almost unbelievable but its true i was going to write a poem like this a few days as well and it was going to be a phrase or sentance in it as your subject said Today defines tomorrow. how weird. I never did write it lol but was mulling over it just a few days ago driving home from work lol how strange that poets can connect from one side of the ocean to another, good poem by the way
Oh man this poem reminds me of every motivational meme out there telling me to work hard, strive for excellence, why put off today what can be done now....interesting piece. Thanks for the share.

It's a bullshit poem. I'm really just trolling people.
Today I will do what I did yesterday and am going to do tomorrow. Mon through Friday are the same old, same old. A battle to build with insufficient labour and carpenters that know only how-to take.
Weekends , family time, which is far to short, cherished .
However today I will go in with a different mind set, I WILL CHANGE THE WORRRRRRRRRRLD, this probably knocked out of me before 8am.
Good morning David, hope you are well.
Hardly I found any person admiring these kinds of lines in their life by far...but I bet if there's a person to speak in this matter exists then the admirers must be somewhere...All I got it through this poem is something I can relate to my elders sayings....that hold fast and clutch your Today hard...as everything is depending on Today...the past you can see and the future you think of, both were and will be Today once....Well I don't know if I got to the point..if not please let me know!
Nice read for me twas☺

What defines "waste" is entirely on the individual... if working 50 hours a week strictly for the paycheck is your thing because it's setting up your tomorrow then it's not a waste.
It's a very subjective poem, you get to decide what it means.
Good evening David, from across the pond. I think this must be the shortest poem of yours that I have read. The final line speaks to me particularly. That stands out. Sound advice. Make every day count, so tomorrow may matter. Time is precious, well it is the older you get, and the less time you have left. I keep busy, I don't waste time.
