Alter Us Does Lord Disaster

Alter Us Does Lord Disaster

A Poem by Davidgeo
"

.

"
as victims
of our ideas
as benefactors
of our ideas

all disasters
do alter us
and flourish after
do the best of us

like fresh water
we need it
pressure
uncomfortable

no high
without low tides
no leisure
without working class
no peace
without militaries

so let there be pain
differentiated
so there can be pleasure
appreciated
sought after
and extricated
truly like treasure
