This is a very relatable piece, I would omit one "from" To lessen the repetitiveness. Well done

I would've removed the first one, (I still want to) but there is a structure and cadence that kinda falls apart without it. Repetition is not necessarily a bad thing in poetry, I use it to emphasize things and sometimes it just sounds better, sometimes you can even use it as a sort of chorus. Redundancy is usually a bad thing though... the only difference is that one is useful in some way the other is just filler and nothing else.

I hope I get to somehow remember my birth when I die. Have you ever read 'The Slaughterhouse 5' by Kurt Vonnegut? That whole "unstuck in time thing" really blew my mind when I was a kid... still does, it's one of those books I can go back to at anytime and never be bored. Ethan Hawke reads it perfectly if you like books on the internet (formerly known as books on tape), audible.com.
