Ayahuasca, dimethyltryptamine, peyote too

Bringing short lived religious like dreams

That no sober eyes could ever see

And then back again, to another day

Reset, restored. . . spiritually revitalized

It ain’t just drugs, those preference method’s

It’s spiritual exercise in a chemical disguise

But you never really go anywhere, it just feels like it

Hmmm I wanted the devil to come out in me...BUT it seems like you are seeing the potential in psychedelics!!!!! My husband is doing a lot of research on the matter, and I have been looking for a writer who uses DMT, so I can find out if it helps open up their mind. The only thing I see is ain't, ain't a word and I ain't gonna use it! LOL! jk. Bravo. You did very well.

Look into micro dosing. I know a couple people who do it daily (I wouldn't do it that much) and swear it's made them more productive and positive people. When done at the right amounts you don't really feel "high" or anything like that, it's kinda hard to explain.

Religious rituals are empty of life, it is the proud trying to elevate themselves over those they feel are a little lower than they. However, I never feel more complete than when I pray to the creator my Father God.

The relationship an individual has with their spirituality should remain just that, an individual relationship. I'm an atheist but only a fool would discount the power of the human mind's ability to shape individual reality and individual direction. And who's to say who's reality is more real than anyone else's (spiritually speaking)? Truth and belief are two different sides of a very powerful natural method of indirect perception. I think it's very foolish to think what we see is all there is... you don't need to be religious or lack a skeptical eye to see that there is something to both approaches. Or maybe we're all of us, just a little bit mentally ill.

Great religious epics are thought to have been written after eating them. That's why my occasional doubt about religion in its present form. I'm looking for those mushrooms though. At least for a bit of mind blowing poetry :)
