The first thought that come to me here was of the ten day Vipassana silent meditation I did a while back. At the heart of it all was 'the rising and falling of atoms' the whole universe is in constant motion. Everything that rises must fall eventually.

I was sharing this thought last night - no one agreed with me :D - that's just the way it goes I 'spose.
