some people just happen to think
act, speak and communicate
in world scale symbolic species encompassing ways
that shift entire generation's way's of thinking
leading head first into profound and timeless statements
manifesting as massive cross-cultural shattering actions
inevitably leading into epic paradigm shifting events

that transcend the neurotic tendencies of the everyday
human being, you and I
     our value system and our lifestyle
        however,
                for some strange mother f*****g reason

nothing really lasts

someone always gets killed for it
someone always retires

eventually and then,
given a bad a*s back story

a timely counter culture name like Muhamad or Jesus
or if your lucky, something cool like Buddha
or Luke Skywalker or Tom Brady
a religion is borne. . .
but it never continues,
nothing is ever fulfilled
no matter how tragically successful
righteous or logical

post sacrifice...
in the end, it always just, kinda,
starts over. . . again
and again

like were too collectively stupid to handle the rest of the story
or too embarrassed to let ourselves know. . .
(we have no f*****g clue, how this ends)
it just might be darkness (that's too dark)

so it just must be magic

and we will tell ourselves and our children...
something light, without the murders

and all those savage contradictions
(without answers) it's just easier that way
