Mother's Little An Hero

Mother's Little An Hero

A Poem by Davidgeo

Cyberbullying laws exist for todays “too f*****g lazy to parent” type parents

Relying on ubiquitous threats and uniformed strangers

Instead of sound advice and reliable in-the-flesh interactions

So their kids turn too f*****g emo to live

Because they don’t really know any better

Than not to willingly bathe in their own dumb a*s manufactured internet drama

Putting false hope in a nanny state so as to pretend the internet is a safe space (it is not)

                   (nor will it ever be)

Until one day, after a few good anon memes about having the most wicked of STD’s. . .

It finally sinks in

The kid realizes

That the state doesn’t really care and their parents are too busy to care

That maybe no one cares. . .

                   (        )

And then, they finally become An Hero

And more cyberbullying laws are made

So all those s****y parents can deflect their guilt

Before assuming even less responsibility for raising the next emo little An Hero

"Instead of sound advice and reliable in-the-flesh interactions" - too good to be true, mostly

Lazy a*s parents just want them off their backs. So they give them toys. And kids are very clever these days. They know what they can get away with. Till its too late.
