Nesting Infinity

So I’ve heard that not all infinity is equal
That there are more irrational
Than real numbers
i.e.      there is an infinite number of ways
           to do one single thing

           an infinite number of times

(  ad nauseam ) 
 So therefore, I do argue...
That if everything dies,
If we all get that chance,
Then it’s how you live
That truly matters

So do your best

Do it on your own terms
With a long f*****g memory
Because there's nothing else
But more infinity
(there is no ending)

Just more infinity

How can it be less than uplifting when you seem to be making the point to live your life in the best possible manner in the way you like. If you want to suffer. Suffer. If you want pleasure be pleasurable. Just do it in the amount of time you have with your own set of morals. My take I suppose.

If infinity is a real thing, that means every single thing has not only already happened but will continue to happen. There's a spectacular book named "The Slaughterhouse Five" by Kurt Vonnegut that deals with this topic quite nicely.

Oh yeah... that kind of repetition is why I think that poem could be taken in a less uplifting way. Of course it all depends on what is being repeated... sometimes heaven, sometimes hell. Michael Jordan probably has no problem with this concept.
