we will never be "at long last" is a great line. You've captured the unstableness of the past very well with things like "it's what's made me alone
for all those years," switching tenses. I loved Arrival a lot, and I must say, that soundtrack is heavenly.

Arrival is an excellent movie. The soundtrack fits perfectly, I think Johan Johannsson won an Oscar for sound editing and was nominated for best original score. The director, Denis Villeneuve, doesn't have a lot of films under his belt but there is another movie he directed called "Sicario" you might wanna check out. It's a very different movie compared to Arrival but still quite good and he uses the same guy for the score, Johan Johannsson.

Really dig the flow of this and the tragic story. Cool twist and title.

Fortune Teller indeed. Self Destructive and walled to the teeth. To know oneself and refusing to change even though it's for your own good. Very interesting and well thought out.

It helos to really identify your flaws and it makes you a more honest writer. I think so anyway... people call me a liar though.

This one is dark. But it hit its mark.
Makes me wonder if something really changes once we find the reason why we're alone...
The Arrival picture made me stop by, i'm glad i did.

Arrival is a great movie. I was skeptic about it at the beginning, but it soon became one of my favorites.Although it's not an easy movie to watch,at least not for me. The soundtrack was incredible as well, i already knew Jóhannsson , but i discovered Max Richter so its a double treat.
yeah ... I like that .. it tips the rest of it on it's head :D

The reason I have strived so hard to make the most of myself is because of my early, formative years. You think that the past has been left behind when you reach your goals but it lurks in the dark corners of the mind, niggling, asking questions that will never be answered as the one they would be put to is dead.
I enjoy reading your work although never always understanding

I'm glad you like my writing. I lack serious focus so some things are objectively non sensical. It's not that you're not getting it, I'm just a s****y editor. "a true thing, poorly expressed, is a lie" Stephen Fry

If you were to watch a movie called "Arrival" this will make more sense.
robert frost uses a line nothing gold can stay in his poem of the same name. one of your lines reminded me of it and i remembered how good it was. have you read it yet? if you have time read it once. it has a similar feeling. nicely done
