The Culture of Insulated Outrage

.if they ever do grow up, embarrassed they will be.

lately, there's been a movement

defining a universe outside of reality

in the name of "equality"

(and ironic hypocrisy)

i call these thing's sjw parks of amusement,

full of roller coasters of insanity,

filled from stocked spaces of "safe" stupidity.

(and militant hypocrisy)

... and if you wish to engage them at all...

　

you must mentally mortgage your self respect

and engage in the blanket pitying 

of young morons, lazy beta b*****s, fat acceptance idiots

and a myriad of multi-gendered attention seeking failed abortions.

　

this is what today's intellectuals must go through.

　

engaged in weighted conversations

with entitled borderline children,

19 year old culture warriors sans any life experience

inherently demanding  blanket acceptance. . .

no matter what you believe.

Wow. Yeah that pretty much sums it up. I like how use use real life issue but don't bother to make it sweet sounding or colorful to spare the feeling of the reader. Raw, blunt, and true. Very good job. I am looking forward to reading more.

Thank you. I think sparing the reader's feelings is a disservice, almost insulting. It doesn't always have to be negative sounding of course, there's a fellow here named Ohioman that also holds nothing back, but in a very different way. You should check him out, he or she doesn't get read enough. I'm terrible at writing sweet sounding things. I've tried... it always sounds contrived or fake. I've kinda given up on it. It's too bad, I really would like to be a well rounded writer.

I don't know if I would make it if I went to college today. In the very early 2000's campuses were very different. There was still a fair amount of protesting and activist things of that nature but it was different, more focused, better researched, better organized, and just seemed more genuine. These days it seems like these kids are just doing it to be fashionable and more often then not they aren't even making sense with their manufactured outrage. Outrage culture has turned into a silly trend for bored 19 and early 20 year olds. They are louder and more aggressive than ever before and I think it hurts more than it helps their credibility. And I can't be certain, but, I'm pretty sure Trump being elected president was a backlash to all this non sense. Not everyone who voted for that clown is a racist xenophobic moron, a lot of moderates said f**k this s**t... you want something to protest about? lets blow it up and elect a crass idiot.

I was raised by my very strict grandma and i thank my lucky stars for that, because whatever it's going on in the educational department of children, by parents, society and schools of course, well, that is sad and will result in quick downfall, honestly, when i think that the world couldn't be more fucked up, life ALWAYS proves me wrong.

My grandma is great, you'd love her, she makes the best food, and i don't really mix well with society, never really did, so she did me a favor. Of course, it took me years to get to that conclusion, but oh well, better late than never i suppose.

I'm not,i'm pretty happy with how things turned out, and you're right - family is in the center, although i love my family very much i'm kinda the black sheep you know, too independent, too opinionated, always keeping my distance, which is probably wrong, but i like to stand and observe how the scene unravels from the distance.
