with great potential for misreads mistakes and various other life changing misery's

(among lots and lots of noise)

planning must compensate

    for all of this

  f*****g all of it

even when the inevitable haziness from perfectly broken plans

     consumes you and your wits almost completely

you must have a plan for that

so...

something, something, leadership

(it's very loud sometimes)

but it's all been done before
