do it carefully

do it deliberately

one too fast

ignore the other?

maybe don't make any noise

it's meditative

placate the "gods"

falling sucks

but the sudden stop's

what kills you

If you set the bar low enough for what is considered meditation just having consciousness should be counted as a meditative state. You and I are meditating, right now until we die.

I would wager not one human being is in a more natural state than a lion, truly at one with nature. As an apex predator lion's live lives' of extreme violence and brutality. Meditation is not always peaceful, being in touch with nature is not always warm and fuzzy. I smoked a lot of hash oil today... there is a decent chance none of what I just said makes any sense.
