This makes me think of how much of a problem human trafficking is and how many women and children, men too probably are forced into the sex trade. Probably not what the poem about but it makes me think of this.

Also "the Big Lebowski". The real meaning of this is absurd and amoral.

I've never seen that movie, I think it's more of a guy movie from what I hear since every guy I know has seen it and says it's a guy movie.
