True Friend

A true friend is one that holds you,

one that loves you,

one that knows you,

one that helps you make it through the day,

a true friend is one thats there,

one to depend on,

one who cares,

a true friend is one that you depend on,

one that will fight for you,

one thats there for you strong,

a true friend is one that you look up to,

when everything in your life is looking down,

a true friend is one that is always there,

through good times and bad,

a true friend is one who stands by you,

whether your right or wrong,

a true friend is one that will stand back,

and watch you shine,

a true friend is one who knows your every fear,

one who walks with you through the dark,

one who would never let you feel scared,

one that wants to be with you as much as you want to be with them,

a true friend is one who knows when you just kid,

one who knows their your best friend,

one that holds a spot in your heart,

no amount of money could ever fill,

a true friend is one that could read this poem and know,
