Pain body

Pain body

A Poem by LisaButterfly

Pain body

The pain body rises
But it will go again
It is in this moment that we see it
And just see it
It is like a ghost rising from the grave
But it will go back again
Thought bubbles arise
And they float away
We notice the, and them go
As humans we are predisposed to attach to pain
We need to arise from this
We get ourselves into illusions which are not true
When we attach to thought bubbles that are irrational
We learn to see the rise and fall of these entities
The pain body
And the thought bubbles
